The Marriage of the Century
In December 1958, the third generation Hatsuko Endo along with the recently named fourth generation Hatsuko Endo were contacted by the Imperial Household Agency and received official appointment as the beauticians to Princess Michiko for her wedding to the Crown Prince scheduled for April the following year. 120th Anniversary
In 2025, Hatsuko Endo marked 120 years since the company first opened their doors to the Japanese public. Since that momentous day, Hatsuko Endo has provided new and dazzling beauty services like hair and aesthetic salons, progressive kimono styling, bridal hair and makeup, hand-crafted wedding dresses and more.
Hatsuko Endo's main headquarters have remained in Tokyo's landmark Ginza district while opening branch operations in Kanagawa, Saitama, and Karuizawa as well as other Tokyo locations.
As a new endeavor, Hatsuko Endo has opened bridal salon Hatsuko Endo Weddings in Nagoya. Now and far into the future, Hatsuko Endo continues to honor its brand heritage while constantly updating aesthetics and technique in their quest to bring a more total form of beauty to Japanese women.
